In 2014, TEAMWRKX Construction completed tenant improvements for Upwork’s new 40,000 sq. ft. new corporate headquarters in Mountain View, CA. TEAMWRKX Facilities then performed the facility services, winning a multiple-year service contract including janitorial services, day porter services, shipping & receiving, mailroom, moves add changes (MAC), small tenant improvements, building repairs, on-call emergency services 24/7/365 and COVID-19 disinfection. In 2019, Upwork relocated to a new building to support their expansion in Santa Clara, CA. TEAMWRKX Facilities provides the same support services to present day.
